Program Description: Upon requesting an appointment or information, you will receive an initial text message with access to your requested material. Subsequent SMS messages may include appointment reminders, follow-ups to schedule a consultation, account updates, and patient care instructions.

Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, or QUIT to our line. Upon sending STOP, we will send a final text message to confirm your unsubscribe status.
